Sexual Abuse and Assault
While serving as Clinical Supervisor at Orange County 's Child Abuse Services Team (CAST), Merrill developed her expertise in helping traumatized children recover from sexual and physical abuse. She continues this work in private practice using EMDR, play and art therapy, and is a provider for California 's Victim/Witness Assistance Services. She has expanded her work to include adult victims and survivors of sexual assault. She is available to testify as an expert witness in judicial cases.
